HOW IT WORKS
It’s easy. The more time you spend with us, the more points you achieve. After each treatment your therapist will add your awarded points to your personal record. When you have achieved enough points they can then be redeemed against a selection of fabulous FREE treatments. You don’t need to do anything but relax, indulge and let us take care of you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Loyalty pamper points have a zero cash value and are non - transferable and non - refundable
2. No pamper points are awarded on pamper points treatments
3. Failure to show for appointed pamper points treatments or failure to give the full 12 hours notice of cancellation will result in your points being deducted from your account
4. Pamper points treatments can be used :
Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm
5. Pamper points cannot be used as part payment for any treatment or product
6. Points accumulated will not expire unless a period of 180 days has occurred between treatments
7. We reserve the rights to update our T & C
