Consultations & Client Confidentiality
Consultations are complementary and will ensure your therapist is able to offer the very best service and treatment. Please inform us if you are pregnant – we can design treatments to suit your needs. Personal information given is held in the strictest of confidence.
Cancellations
We realize problems can occur, we would however appreciate 24 hour notice of cancellation so that the appointment can be passed to another client. A charge of 50% of the treatment value is liable.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted.
Time For You
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, allowing time to complete your consultation, enjoy a drink and soak up the relaxed and tranquil environment before heading in for your treatment.
The Ultimate Gift
Caroline and Co have teamed up with a local high class florist and can arrange to have a bouquet of seasonal flowers delivered along with your gift voucher to your chosen recipient.
Mail Order
Your time is valuable. Gift vouchers and products can be ordered over the phone, dispatched and delivered by post to your door.

Early Booking
To avoid disappointment. Call in advance to reserve your treatment and preferred time / therapist. We do operate a cancellations list.
Directions and Parking Facilities
Do not hesitate to phone us, we will be happy to assist with directions. Free parking is available for both salons, just a minutes walk away.
A Tranquil Environment
To ensure our environment is maintained, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking and keep noise levels to a minimum.
