Cath Robertson

Cath Robertson (Salon Manager)

I have been a Beauty Therapist for twenty years and the Manager of Caroline & Co for over 5 years. I make sure I am always up to date with all the new innovations in the beauty industry and have taken advanced training courses with the Dermal institute. One of my specialities is in the treatment of skin problems, including acne and premature ageing. Dermalogica treatments are amongst the most advanced in treating these problems and I get great satisfaction when clients find a skin care routine that really works.

I have worked alongside Caroline for the past 12 years since day one! It has been a very interesting and enjoyable journey, seeing the business grow and expand to where it is today. After working as a Nail Technician for 10 years, my current role is assisting Caroline in the day to day running of the very busy salon, enabling us to provide all our clients with an excellent service.

Gemma Whitby

Gemma Whitby (Senior Therapist)

I joined the team at Caroline & Co in April 2008 as a fully qualified beauty therapist. I love working in the salon environment and work with a fantastic team. We keep up to date with the latest treatments and products and thrive to create a relaxing atmosphere and enjoyable treatments for our clients. I enjoy doing all treatments and especially enjoy doing pedicures.

Judith Fenna (Therapist)

I have been with Caroline & Co since 2009. I am a therapist passionate about making a real difference to people’s skin using products I know work. I enjoy all aspects of beauty therapy, especially facials and massages. My previous background is in retail, but I always had an interest in beauty therapy. Once my children entered high school I saw an opportunity to retrain. Beauty is about constant learning, there is always something, whether it’s a new product or a new treatment and I love that, it keeps the interest and drive to develop new skills. Life is never dull in beauty therapy!

Laura Burgess (Therapist)

I have worked for Caroline & Co since June 2009. I love working in the salon and meeting clients old and new. I am trained in both Beauty therapy and Sculptured acrylic nail enhancements.

I enjoy doing acrylic nails - my clients are always happy with the results as they give a natural look and last much longer than any other nail service.

Stacey Male (Therapist)

I started working at Caroline & Co doing a work placement in January 2011 while still studying my level 3 Beauty Therapy. I was then very pleased to be taken on as a full time member of staff in March 2011.

I love working in such a lovely environment and I enjoy every aspect of the industry, especially carrying out relaxing treatments to help relieve people from everyday stress.

Gill Galvin (Receptionist)

I joined Caroline & Co as a receptionist in 2009. After working in retail for most of my working life I have found working in the salon a much more calming and relaxing environment.

I enjoy making sure each client has a relaxing and enjoyable experience whether it’s an eyebrow shape or a pamper party.

I am a specialist in semi permanent make up and have 13 years experience. I have a unique system of application which enhances the results, creating a 3D effect hair simulation to the eyebrow giving the appearance of natural eyebrows. The natural pigment application has been specially formulated to create natural colorant to suit the customer. Each part of the eyebrow is treated slightly differently with individual application tools as the natural flow of hair needs to be replicated. With over thirteen years of experience applying Semi-Permanent Make-up Art, you can enjoy the benefits of these Beauty Treatments knowing you are in the hands of a professional time served and qualified technician.

Sam Town and Carol Battley

Sam Town and Carol Bettley (Botox and Fillers)

We have been working together professionally for more than 10 years as registered paramedics in and around the Wirral area, before expanding our training into aesthetics. Whilst to the public it may seem worlds apart from where we started, our background in emergency medicine has given an excellent background in the practical procedures involved in aesthetics.

As registered practitioners we are bound by law to maintain a high standard of customer care, which is something we are both very proud of. We firmly believe that everyone has the right to look and feel good about themselves as well as receive an individual care package that suits them. All customers are invited for a full consultation prior to treatment and a follow up appointment afterwards. We offer a full range of treatments including muscle relaxing treatments, to soften lines, dermafiller treatments as well as genuine derma roller and glycolic peels.

We are both delighted to be working with the staff at Caroline & Co, and are looking forward to meeting some new customers at the salon.
