Cath Robertson (Salon Manager)
I have been a Beauty Therapist for twenty years and the Manager of Caroline & Co for more than four. I make sure I am always up to date with all the new innovations in the beauty industry and have taken advanced training courses with the Dermal institute. One of my specialities is in the treatment of skin problems, including acne and premature ageing. Dermalogica treatments are amongst the most advanced in treating these problems and I get great satisfaction when clients find a skin care routine that really works.
Irene Taylor
I have worked alongside Caroline for the past 12 years since day one! It has been a very interesting and enjoyable journey, seeing the business grow and expand to where it is today. After working as a Nail Technician for 10 years, my current role is assisting Caroline in the day to day running of the very busy salon, enabling us to provide all our clients with an excellent service.
Gemma Whitby (Senior Therapist)
I joined the team at Caroline & Co in April 2008 as a fully qualified beauty therapist. I love working in the salon environment and work with a fantastic team. We keep up to date with the latest treatments and products and thrive to create a relaxing atmosphere and enjoyable treatments for our clients. I enjoy doing all treatments and especially enjoy doing pedicures.
Judith Fenna (Therapist)
I have been with Caroline & Co since 2009. I am a therapist passionate about making a real difference to people’s skin using products I know work. I enjoy all aspects of beauty therapy, especially facials and massages. My previous background is in retail, but I always had an interest in beauty therapy. Once my children entered high school I saw an opportunity to retrain. Beauty is about constant learning, there is always something, whether it’s a new product or a new treatment and I love that, it keeps the interest and drive to develop new skills. Life is never dull in beauty therapy!
Laura Burgess (Therapist)
I have worked for Caroline & Co since June 2009. I love working in the salon and meeting clients old and new. I am trained in both Beauty therapy and Sculptured acrylic nail enhancements. I enjoy doing acrylic nails - my clients are always happy with the results as they give a natural look and last much longer than any other nail service.
Gill Galvin (Receptionist)
I joined Caroline & Co as a receptionist in 2009. After working in retail for most of my working life I have found working in the salon a much more calming and relaxing environment. I enjoy making sure each client has a relaxing and enjoyable experience whether it’s an eyebrow shape or a pamper party.
Lauren Murphy (Therapist)
I joined the team at Caroline & Co in April 2011 having just completed a degree in Complementary Therapies. I have been working as a holistic therapist since 2009 and strongly believe that therapies such as massage can help maintain a healthier way of life. I especially enjoy carrying out Hopi Ear Candling as clients feel instant relief from problems such as earache and sinus congestion.
I carry out some beauty treatments including Gelac manicures – this is great for those who want their polish to last longer or to give a layer of protection to weak nails. Also I am training in Sculptured nail enhancements.
Kate Donaldson (Nail Technician)
I have been working at Caroline’s since November 2010, as part of a placement whilst studying for an NVQ in Nail Services. I have been made to feel welcome from day one, and since being here I have been trained in sculptured nail enhancements.
Alex Carver (Therapist)
I joined the team here at Caroline & Co in August 2011 following the completion of my foundation degree in complementary therapies. During my studies I specialised in aromatherapy therefore I am able to offer treatments including aromatherapy body massage, aromatherapy facials and hot stone therapy.
At present I work Sundays in Caroline & Co whilst attending university in the week studying for my degree in Nutrition and Health.
I enjoy providing relaxing treatments for my clients in order to relieve the stresses and strains of everyday life.
Stacey Male (Therapist)
I started working at Caroline & Co doing a work placement in January 2011. I was then very pleased to be taken on as a full time member of staff in March 2011.
I enjoy every aspect of the industry, especially doing treatments where you can see instant results.
Way Way
I am a specialist in semi permanent make up and have 13 years experience. I have a unique system of application which enhances the results, creating a 3D effect hair simulation to the eyebrow giving the appearance of natural eyebrows. The natural pigment application has been specially formulated to create natural colorant to suit the customer. Each part of the eyebrow is treated slightly differently with individual application tools as the natural flow of hair needs to be replicated.
